Shipping Timeframe:
Orders received before 10:00am CST usually ship the next day if the product(s) ordered is/are in stock. Normal shipping times are 5-7 business days, but will vary according to geography.

Shipping Method:
Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. Some small items may be sent USPS first class mail at Mike's discretion. Mike's will ship within the United States, Canada, Australia, the U.K., and most other countries of the European Union. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders to any part of the world.

Shipping Costs:Shipping charges are based on a flat 5% of the total order amount. Additional fees may apply for "heavy" orders or orders shipped outside the continental United States.

In returning an item you probably fall into one of the following categories:

If you are returning the item for an exchange (for example sizing problems, color, defective, etc) for a similar item, simply contact us [Link underlined portion to Contact Us page] to let us know what the problem is and we will authorize the return, give you instructions, and make sure we can get the replacement item you are interested in. In many cases, a restocking fee may apply and you will be asked to pay appropriate shipping charges.
If we have sent you an item that you didn't order, Mike's will reimburse you for the return postage as well as pay the shipping on sending out the correct item.

We make our best efforts to manage our product database and web site content in such a way as to accurately represent the prices and inventory of our online store. However, we are human and we do make the occasional error. In the event of a pricing or inventory error, we will either adjust the charged amount on your card down to reflect the true cost if you are overcharged, or we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if the price advertised was inadvertently low.
